TRIAD's Where to Care Initiative Now Reaching 60 MILLION across South Africa

Know where to go for safe, legitimate sexual and reproductive health, comprehensive family planning, and gender-based violence services
Where to Care is an app that allows providers and influencers to send beneficiaries an SMS message containing a link
to information about SAFE, LEGITIMATE local sexual and reproductive health, family planning, safe abortion, and GBV resources.
The message recipients can use the link provided by the Where to Care app to access a digital map of sexual and reproductive health and family planning providers in their area and the services each facility provides.
When a client clicks on a link in the discreet SMS message, the link opens an enhanced map that displays nearby clinics and verified, detailed information about the services they offer, along with additional information like the clinics’ hours of operation and quality of care.
Where to Care has thousands of providers mapped across the country and now reaches all nine provinces in South Africa. Where to Care systems will be rolling out in other parts of Africa and Latin America soon.
